Session Rates

We are out-of-network providers, meaning that we do not accept insurance directly. We are happy to provide monthly statements that you can submit to your provider for reimbursement if that is something your plan offers. Reimbursement rates vary based on plan, so to learn more about this, you can contact your insurance and ask about “out of network behavioral health benefits.” We recognize the financial commitment you are making to pursue therapy and are here to have individual conversations about our options for working together in a way that feels comfortable. Rates vary for adults, children, couples, families, and groups, so please reach out to discuss these and the other logistics of beginning therapy.
